Parts enquiries and collection requests

When you send an enquiry, GD Machinery stores your name, phone number or email address, message, requested parts, quantities, prices, and any machine model or serial number you provide. Requests may be emailed to Brian when email notifications are enabled. Approved staff use these details to answer your enquiry. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information.

Email offers

If you sign up for the 10% welcome offer, GD Machinery stores your email address, the date you signed up, the page you signed up on and your personal welcome code. We use it to send you the code and occasional emails with offers and news about parts and machinery. We do not sell or share your email address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email spares@gdmachinery.ie to be removed at any time. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.

Staff sign-in

Google sign-in verifies an approved staff member’s identity using their Google account identifier and verified email address. The website does not request access to Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Storage and cookies

Collection requests, enquiries and stock records are stored in the website’s hosted database. Essential, secure cookies keep staff signed in for up to eight hours and protect the sign-in process. Your unfinished collection basket is stored on this browser and cleared when submitted. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We also remember acknowledgement of our essential-storage notice for 180 days.

Your information

To ask about information you submitted, or request that an enquiry be deleted, contact GD Machinery through the parts enquiry form and include your enquiry reference if you have it. Staff should retain enquiry information only while needed to deal with the request or meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
